Stainless steel 303 round bars are generally very stable in structure. These bars help in the maintenance of mechanical and chemical properties that occur due to sulfur presence. These bars are made of 8% nickel and 18% chromium compound that dispenses long-lasting tool life and elasticity. 

These round bars offer excellent machinability, and hence these are recommended for industrial uses. Annealing is the most advocate method for this grade. The process must take place at a temperature of 950°C. 

ASTM A276 AISI 303 stainless steel round bars also provide good resistance from oxidation up to the temperature of 927°C. The estimated suitable working temperature for ASTM A276 AISI 303 Stainless steel bars is 760°C because it has a low carbon compound. 

Welding and other heat methods are not recommended for these bars. There are different shapes such as square bars, diamond, and flat. Stainless steel 303 round bars are available in various sizes, and we also have customized options. The tensile strength of these bars is 85000 Psi, and the yield strength is 45000 Psi. These bars are highly resistant to corrosion, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking.
